Start of another weekly ad at CVS. the deals and savings are as good as ever.

To start with I had $18 ECBs which I got from last week's shopping.

So what did I buy? (Red is the coupon I'm using and in green is the ECB that prints out for next week's use!)

(2) Right Guard body wash at $3.88 each Buy 1 get 1 free coupon $3ECB
(2) Crest pro health tooth paste at $3.49 each (2) $1 off coupon from 4/3 paper $5 ECB
(2) Oral B Tooth Brushes at $2.99 each Buy 1 get 1 free coupon + $1 off Q from 4/3 ppr $2 ECB
(2) Gum EEZ floss at $2 each $4 ECB
(1) Complete eye solution at $8.99 $1 off coupon from 4/3 paper $8.99 ECB

And I also had a $4 off when you spend $20 CVS store coupon that I got via Email from CVS.

The total before all coupons = $33.71
After coupons, $18 ECB and $4 off CVS store coupon I paid...........
******$0.88cents******* and got $22.99 in ECB to spend next Sunday!

  1. you should set up a facebook page & twitter too!

  2. Saw your post on Southern Savers and came over to check out your blog! This was a great shopping trip! Love it!

  3. Amazing how you end your shopping trips with so many ECB and RR!! ;-)

And you do all your shopping trip in one single transaction, is that right? I see how you roll over your ECBs week after week and also take advantage of the $4off$20 coupons (that I usually can't use because I do smaller transactions...

Now thinking I should go ahead and make a bigger out of pocket "investment" so that I get to keep more ECB's for the next trip.

    Still learning here. ;-)

  4. Yeah my advice is to always buy products that give you ECBs/RRs back!

CVS is usually one transaction because if the limit is 2 and you buy 2 of that product it prints out 2X that ECB even if it is in same transaction. (the limit is 2 for that week usually)

But I do multiple transactions at Walgreens because their limit is always 1 on RR. For example if you buy 3 Toothpastes in 1 transaction you will get 1 RR - But if you do it all separately it will print out 3 individual RRs.

They can't track any limits at Walgreens as there is no loyalty scheme so you're good to go!
