It's been a while.....CVS 8/14

Hey folks,
It's been a while, since coming back from vaction on June 10th, I just haven't found many good deals that were worth buying
Another reason was I had to start from scratch after my vacation as everything had pretty much expired!

Anyway here is what I got up to today in CVS
I only took advantage of their gas card deal - Spend $30 get $10 in gas card.

1 Cottonelle 18 rolls bath tissue
1 Scott 6 rolls of kitchen roll
2 24 pack of Nestle .5l
1 Cottonelle flushable wipes
1 Air wick room freshner

Total before coupons 30.73
After coupons the total came to $17.02 and I got a $10 free gas card
I think that's a great deal!

CVS 6/15 Value $19.48 - Paid $2.09

Fairly simple week at CVS for us, we had $12.99 ECB to use
1 Zyrtec $5.99 - $2 off coupon - Prints $5.99 ECB for next week
1 Schick Razor - $8.00 - $3 off coupon - Prints $4 ECB for next week
1 CVS tussin - not on offer but we needed it!!

Before coupons = $19.48
After coupons = $14.48
After ECBs = $1.49 + tax = $2.09
The above deals also printed out $9.99 ECB that we will use on next weeks deals.

Publix 6/15 Value of $22.96 = Paid 96c

Quick Publix run this morning to get a select few items that are on sale.

(2) Bayer Aspirin - $3.49 - (2) Publix $2 off coupons (green ad) and (2) Manufacturer $1 off coupons

(2) Thylenol Precise products - $4.99 (2) $5 off any Thylenol precise product (freeeee!)

5/22 CVS Value $23.44 - Paid $2.11 - Saving 91%

Great deal on Revlon Nail products at CVS this week - $4.99 each with $4ECB for next week, and of course there are $2 off and $1 off coupons out there!!

Transaction 1
(2) Revlon Nail products - $4.99 each - (2) $1 off coupons
Total came to $7.98
I used $7.98 ECB from last week and I just paid for the tax which is $00.75

Transaction 2
1 Trident Vitality Gum - 99c - 99c ECB to use next week.
1 Revlon nail product - $4.99 - $2 off coupon
Total is $3.98
Used a $3 ECB and $1ECB from last week
I only paid tax which is $00.38 and $00.99c ECB and $4 ECB printed for the future.

Transaction 3
1 Revlon nail product - $4.99 - $2 off coupon
1 Green bag tag - $0.99 - Had a free bag tag coupon from the coupon printer machine in store.
1 News Paper - $1.50

Total came to $4.49, used $4 ECB from Transaction #2, paid 49c + tax = 98c

So, all in all,
Value of $23.44 and I paid $2.11 which is a saving of 91%.

5/22 Value of $19.65 - I paid $2.46 - Saving 87.5%!!

Pretty decent week, I am loving the Bayer deal this week!
There is a $2 off Walgreens coupon in the ad + plenty of manufacturer coupons out there for $1 off - which make it free!

(3) Bayer Aspirin Chewables 81mg - $2.99 each - $2 off Wags coupon + $1 manufacturer coupon FREEEEEE!!
(1) Complete MultiPurpose Solution 12oz - $7.99 - $1 off coupon - $6.99 ($7.99 RR)
(1) Scunci elastic bands - $2 no coupon but gives me $2 RR for next week.
(1) Filler item - Skittles at 69c

Total before coupons = $19.65
After coupons = $9.65
I used a $5 RR and $3 RR that I got last week to bring it down to $1.65 + tax = $2.46

Savings of 87.5%!!!!!

Publix 5/18 Spent $25.20 saved $67.73

Great Publix run this morning.

2 Chinet napkins at $2.15 - 2 $1 off manufacturer couons = $0.15c for 2!
4 Pedigree Dog treats at $3.59 - 4 $1 off publix coupon and 4 $1 off manufacturer coupons = $0.82 PROFIT!! :)

So far a value of $37.20 my expense is 00.10c (plus tax!)

There were some other good deals that we couldn't pass up so here goes the rest

2 Fiber one yoghurts $2.50each - $2 off wyb 2 publix coupon and 2 50c off manuf coupons = $2 for 2
2 Kids Trix Gogurt $2.79 each - $2 off wyb 2 publix coupon and 2 50c off manuf coupons $2.58 for 2
1 Excedrin tablets 24ct $2.79 - $1 off manuf coupons - $1.79
2 Sundown Calcium Magnesium Zinc supplement $3.79 each - $6 off wyb 2 publix coupon and 2 $1 off manuf coupons = $0.42 profit :)!!
2 Tostitos $3 each - 2 $1 off coupons = $2 each (same price as santitos but i do like lays tortillas!)

So far a total value of $64.15 and out of my pocket $10.05
1 Italian 5 seed baguette $2 - Today save 50c so $1.50
1 Gerber good start gentle (baby needed some formula!) $22.49 - $5 off publix coupon and $5 off manufacturer coupon = $12.49 for 26 oz of formula (makes 164oz of milk)

So I kinda spoiled it at the end with the big purchase but hey the savings are obvious and we bought things that we always need and use.
